Thread: easy contact html code?

Hi i started build a homepage a some days ago. and i want to add a white page with just 2 bars. one for name and the other one for email. and then a submit button. and after you hit the submit button you will be send to another page? thanks and i alos want to have some info under the email and name bars. thanks!
