Thread: Validating Name and Email

I have published the 2 pages below, but i do not think that i have the Script installed right, as they do not validate either name or email, for my contact page. The contact form emails and pops-up the thank you OK, but will not validate !

May be a minor adjustment, but could someone give me some advise?
