Thread: Please HELP! form Not working correctly

When I tried to fill out my form to see if it worked, it does everything its supposed to do, except it is supposed to email me everthing that is on the form but the only thing that pops up in my email is

A link to the form please, the URL you posted ( Taracarrolltonac.com ) doesn't seem to work.

In all cases make sure the form Encoding Type is multipart/form-data
