Thread: Error after publishing on line 80?

I made a form with the form maker tool. I preview the page and everything looks good. When I publish the page and go and view it I get "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/hyehsj/public_html/freesubscription.php on line 80" I have published form pages before and had this problem.

I was working with the form and I found that if I un-check PHP form processor box I can publish and view with no problems and no errors, But I can't use the form. Still trying to work it out.
