Can't get contact form to send an email

Hi,
I have created a submit form on my contact page, I am trying to test it
www.golfmindplay.com/contact.html
but it doens't send me an email. What might I be doing wrong? I have checked allthe boxes as per the tutorial but it doesn't work

Anyway, there is also another, basic reason why your form is not working: the "Submit" button is outside the form area. Delete the submit button, strech the form area down, then re-build your submit button.

Hi i like you job am impressed
But i need ur help with my form
Am created a contact formular for my website but its not jet online
and i dont what to use a mailto as mathod but some thing different that will send the filled information to my mail

The only reliable way to have the info in your mail is to use a script. The most easy way is described in Andy's tutorial: http://netisopen.com/computer/web/webpagestuff.html
