Thread: Help with form to send to me and to member???

Hi everyone

I'm hoping that someone can help, i'v read other message about this but i'm getting confused a bit, i did do a script myself using one from this forum but just does not work.

Its a very simple form all i need is a name field and email.

I need to be able to send this data to myself

Then i need to send an email to the member who's just filled the form.
Stating a username and password.

Please could some one help
