Thread: Form Maker Pro Email Template question

Hi Again -

I made a simple form with 3 pages in FMP, and saved it.

Now I'm trying to make an email template in FMP, preset "notification" so the data gets emailed to me.

The problem I'm getting is when I try to 'submit' - it says the "From field is empty or incorrect."

It doesn't make sense to me - how can I fill in the "From" field, when the "From" field should automatically be filled in when the user submits the form?

Any idea what I am missing?

I think you have to look over to the right side of the edit page. You will see name and email, ip ..... click on the from box and then click on the email link on the right side. this will add the customers email in the from box.

I had the same problem and it took me awhile to figure it out.
