    Question Making a form secure!

    Hello VH community,
I have been reading threads regarding form security. I am getting ready to create my contact form page and am not sure how to make sure they are safe from spamming and bad people. Your security talk on the forum
was way advanced for me to understand. I will be using FMP to create my forms. What steps do I take to make the forms safer?
I would also like to know if I should add the preview page to the customer on my email list collecting form. Will this make it more secure if they have to ok it before submitting?

any form created in fmp has its own built in security and its also a good
idea for the client to see a preview.......

    David,

Thank you so very much. This makes me happy. FMP really rocks. I am going to start making some forms right now!

Red face Re: Making a form secure!

    Another question,

Does having the customer preview their entry make the site more secure or is it just a nice thing to do?

Both - because your client can confirm what he actually means to send you
and the bots probable are not programmed to look for the second form.
