I have recently had a few requests from people on the forum about my book. There still seems to be a stigma with the subject of anxiety and panic, something which I spend a lot of time trying to change. The point of the post is that I have not charged any member on here for the book if they have been in touch, helping people is as important to me as a sale of a book. So as it has been a popular request from the boards if anyone would like to read a free pdf version of the book, just email me through the contact page on my site and I will gladly pass one on. I will leave this offer open for a month and the only rules are that I ask not to abuse the e-books copyright and also anyone that contacts me must be an active member of the forum. Regards Paul

Sorry I forgot a couple of things, can I please add that you give your forum i.d also when contacting me please. Also you must have a site hosted by vodahost. The rules are there as the forum has helped me so much and I would like to give something back to the people on here. Thanks Paul
