Hi all

I have almost finished my website with bluevoda and am about to publish it once my domain has been transferred over. What im looking for is someone who would basically have a look at it for me and improve it even further from how it is now. Is this what a web 'developer' does? Excuse my ignorance. Im not sure what the difference between a web designer and a web developer is. I also want this person to fully optimise the site for organic search engine perfomance. Can anyone point me in the right direction for someone who could help me with this or is there a specific forum i should be asking on?

Thank you ladyeye, i will post the site for review when it is live, i am still waiting for my domain to be transferred but i believe that over in the USA it is still Sunday morning so i cant really expect anything to happen til 9am US time tommorow which will be around 3pm in the UK where i am as the offices are shut until then.
