Thread: How do i transfer the funds back

Recently a freelancer accepted a bid on my project so i did a safe transfer and it showed on my account under the safe transfer box, now the freelancer say's that they do not want to continue and i can take the money back, i tried to withdraw funds but it's saying "not enough funds in account" as i understand it's in the safe transfer account, now when i look under the safe transfer box there is nothing there, how do i get that balance back to my account in vodabids from the safe account where it's listed as being there? does the freelancer firstly have to do something?
