I am looking to hire someone to finish my page I have all the content I just need to put on the finishing touches. Link pages together, email, one download. I don't see my page up on the net yet. I just submitted on July 4th,

It appears you havent published an index page. The domain is loading but its not reading the index. Make sure you name it index in small letters, no caps.

Karen is right, you will not get anywhere without publishing your 'splash' page as index.html.

Your website is so simple and need some creativity. I think the picture on top left of first page is yours, the bad things is you need to resize it.
