I need to password protect a navigation button - I'm not charging any money I just need to track who is downloading certain files I have posted.
Site: www.tricrownlending.com - it's the "Members Access" nav button.
As I said membership is free but I need to issue a user name and password before I allow them to download the information so I can track..
Need asap.

You have http://tricrownlending.com/members setup already, all you need to do is password protect it in cpanel. You would then create a username and password for each user which they use to login before they can view or access any files located in/at http://tricrownlending.com/members

I also have a script available to allow the users to create their own account to login to the password protected directory, if you are interested in that the link is in my signature.
