Need to get a site built

I am looking for someone who is able to help me get a site up and running. I started building my site here on VodaHost, and I intend to keep it here. I like the design I have put up, but I need someone to finish the site and incorporate the use of PayPal's shopping cart. Anyone who is interested in looking into what I need finished may access the site that I have put up at www.beautyinwood.com.

I had originally planned on completing this myself, but I am now busily fighting cancer, and cannot find the time or the stamina to spend time working on the site. I am not asking for anyone to do anything for free, but at the same time, I don't want to be charged exhorbitant prices.

Anyone who is able and willing to help get my site up and running can contact me at warnold@shirway.us. The development that has been done so far has been done in plain ole html, and will be made available to whoever does the work for me.

Before anyone starts work on this, we will need to discuss the effort via telephone conversations.

I wasn't able to download the video at all but first, I don't know how to get it on my screen, they said 30 minutes, it's going to be longer than that for me, I see that now!

Hi,
I need to build a website but have no idia were to start.
I have been trying for more than 3 weeks now but have not been able to biuld a wed site, I am trying to become an affiliat,and have 6 URLs and lots of customers that want to advertise including VodaHost, but have no idia were to start.
Do you have ready built web sites and templats that i can download.
After watching and reading all your tetorials i stil have no idia.
PLEASE HELP ME.

to everyone:

tip: the quickest way to start getting LOTS of spam is to publish
your email address in any forum.

Re-direct contacts to your contact page which should contain an image of your email address....see my contact page as an example.
