For your annual payment you will get all the bandwith you will need and you normally do not have to have a dedicated server......all depends on your website.

If I am correct, I need a hosting account with 6000 GB data transfer/600 GB disk space for the bandwith. Or, do I just need a domain name?

You can get a (1) free domain name when you open your vodahost account...just be sure to ask for it at the same time as you open your account.
