I would like an estimate of how much would it cost me for someone to make a
login thingy for my site. I would like it so people can view their account and
stuff and be able to upload videos and pictures if their account is allowed to.
I know this kind of site will require an own server but i want to get everything
done first before i pay for the server. Thankyou to anyone that is willing
to help me out =)

You need to contact who you want to bid via their sites. You also need a database for this in order for it to HOOK UP correctly. We can make the forms and the logins..but they wont work without the databases so the users rights and permissions can be stored.

for the database thing, could i use a computer just dedicated to the site?
or would i be required to buy it like i will need to with the bandwith? And
