i would like to have templates made that look like this:

or this:
http://videopostcards.info/template2_tupelo.html
the only difference is that i want to be able to add text to the background image or color. so in both cases there would only be the background color and image there. i would want to be able to change that image first before putting text over it. i would need this done using html. can anyone do this for me? you can contact me through my website or here. doesn't matter.

make it look lovely and make it dark pink and the writing yellow
