Status shows FROZEN for new job created

I created a job for the new web site designing but even after 1 day the status of the job appears FROZEN. Is this normal if not what i need to do to make it appear open.

The reason it was frozen is becuase it expired to to inactivity.

Ok ,so it means its normal and thats how it is supposed to be and i need to leave it alone untill some body puts bid on it.
