Default Change Master Username & Set FTP Permissions

    Hi,

I had a couple questions that I was hoping someone here could help me out with.

    1) Is it at all possible to change the Master Username that was assigned to me when I signed up?

    2) How do I change the permissions for my FTP site? ie. I've uploaded some files that are available in my public folder, but I want whoever accesses them to have to type in a password before they can view them. Is that possible?

    3) Also, how do I let others upload files to my site?

Any help that anyone could give would be great.

    Thanks

    1. No
    2. Create a password protected folder, and move those files in there. Create of course a user and password and let them know so they can enter the password protected folder.
    3. You must either create an FTP account for them, with a specific username and password, allowing them access to all or just part of your site, or
3.1. You can create a form on one of your pages, with un upload fileds, so they upload the file even without having access to your site

How do I do that? Is there a video tutorial that lays it out?

    Thanks again for the help

Look at the Control Panel tutorials.
