Thread: Publishing to two different domains

Hi,

I have two URL's that I would like to use. I own them both.

my main url works (althought nothing uploaded yet) but my addon domain doesnt.

Here is an example....

www.domain1.com/domain2
Works perfectly

www.domain2.com
doesnt work at all

Does anybody know anything about this? I only purchased the second url (www.domain2.com) ten minutes ago. Do I need to wait for a while?

yes you need to wait for a while for it to setup etc

have you pointed your servers to it yet? this should have been explained in an email to you if you have purchased a domain name from voda

1)....your main (1st) url can just be http://www.domain1.com

2)...your addon domain (http://www.domain2.com
if purchased from vodahost normally takes between
8 to 24 hours to be recognised.

if purchased elsewhere you need to point the new domain name to vodahost
servers and will take a little longer.

Thanks for the help everyone. I will give it 24 hours to see what happens. Sadly no, it wasnt purchased form Voda but I have a million websites to upload so.. All of my new domains will be
