Thread: where did my template go

I've saved a page in BV as a template, but where?

and when I go to open it I'm refered to your website about "your templates"

what am I doing wrong.

In BV: File>New Page>From Template, this should open a list of template (s) you have saved.
Your templates are either saved in yoru Blue Voda folder or Program Files/Blue Voda Webiste Builder

ummm. can I speak to you about publishing?

you see I was given my username and password over 24 hours ago

I try to go publish. put the correct PT in 74.52.61.194
but its rejected.

when you publish, make sure you put the right IP and user name and password given to you in your welcome e-mail

You may also not be using the right username and password..

You get more than one set.

I got one to log into another area to manage my info and then 3 days later got my publishing username and password.

Download Blue Voda once again...servers are added frequently, and the one you need to publish to may not be present in your Publish Dialog Menu.

Don't worry...overwriting BV will not harm your files, pages, or folders in any way. You just need a more current version with fresh data.
