Thread: I need help getting started !

Hi I purchased BlueVoda webhosting on Aug 6th it is now Aug 8th. I have my website ready to go and am anxious to get it on the web, but I do not have a username or password to publish my website. I assumed I would recieve an email with that info but I never did. I was never prompted during registration to create a username and password, so I am very puzzled and would appreciate some help.

Check your junk mail and trash fodlers, some e-mail programs arbitrarily decide for you where they think new ones go.
In the meantime, view the tutorials and plan your website.

Hey thanks, I followed your link and submitted a ticked and am waiting for a response I got an email that said I could check the statues but when I followed that link it said I needed a username and password lol
