Hi I purchased BlueVoda webhosting on Aug 6th it is now Aug 8th. I have my website ready to go and am anxious to get it on the web, but I do not have a username or password to publish my website. I assumed I would recieve an email with that info but I never did. I was never prompted during registration to create a username and password, so I am very puzzled and would appreciate some help.

These where sent to you in your welcome letter, if you have not received your welcome letter, please check your bulk mail and spam folders. Sometimes mail gets hijacked. Hey thanks, I followed your link and submitted a ticked and am waiting for a response I got an email that said I could check the statues but when I followed that link it said I needed a username and password lol
