Thread: Help please.

Hi I previously posted a thread for help getting started, I followed the instructions in a reply to that post but had no sucess. The problem is that I have not recieved my username and password, I've tried submitting a support ticket, no sucess. I also tried calling and was told all operaters were busy and was automatically hung up on with no choice of waiting. I cant help thinking this maybe a scam, but I'm probably just paranoid. So someone please help give me advice, Thanks.

P.S. The order was made over 24 hours ago, so this isnt a matter of being impatient lol.

No and when I follow the link in the email to check the status, it says I must log in which is odd since I was never prompted to make an account and my forums username and password does not work.

OK...go back to the support page and ignore the u/name box at the left
Look to the right and click on support ticket or something like that
the rest will follow.....
request a welcome email......

It not a scam Samn. Something might have gone wrong with your registration process. I signed up just last week and all went ok. Sorry you are having some bad luck. Hopefully one of the staff will reply here and let you know what to do.

billing name
domain name
AuthCode
AVSCode
TransID
Do you think that will be enough info for them to find my order?

That should be plenty. Have a rest and see if somebody gets back to you soon. If they don't David will complain for you wont you David LOL :) :) :)
