Hi Everyone,
I know I was told that it would take up to 72 hours for my site to be published but,the message I am getting says that my PASSWORD is not correct,and I could not get connected to the server,plus,if my IP address which I was given is not on the dropdown list,what am I to do.

Gary, this might help. Download BV again. Save any work you might have done.

I have bought 1 hosting package from BV,will I still use the same login when I come to set up my site again.
Will they recognise my sign in.

Gary, you're not buying another hosting package and your sign in will not change.
What you may have to do, after downloading BV again, is select your Server IP from the drop menu list (same one as the one in your e-mail), enter your username and password and check 'remember...' if that's your preference.

we want to preview site , but error #12014 comes on screen .. for our website www.ojemine.com !

I can see your site ok, but you have not yet published an "index" page. For the moment it only shows the list of content of your root folder.

And please, clarify, WHEN do you get the 12014 error?

we reset the password , still cant log into cpanel for www.ojemine.com ??

12014 appears when i'm using bluevoda and when I go to publish it this error window pops up staiting incorect password ect.

a new error window is comming up now:12031
conection with the server has been re-set
ok Ive tryed signing into www.ojemine.com/cpanel
but password ect not accepted.

If it has been rejected, you are using the wrong username, password or IP...
Please submit a support ticket and we will sort you out.
