Anyone can download Blue Voda (the website builder tool) for Free, and begin using it right away to design their website. You will not get an email to "confirm" your download, and do not need a "UserName" or "Password" to use this wonderful tool. You can also participate in the VodaHost Forums to get the assistance and "tips" as you use Blue Voda, also Free.

To publish your Blue Voda created website, you need to have a hosting account with VodaHost. When you do in fact open your "Account," you will receive a confirmation email with access information to the many other Free features and settings to your account.

Don't worry! Nothing strange has happened - you can use Blue Voda now and set up your account when you are ready to publish your site!

Please re-read the answer given.

You do not have to pay for Blue Voda or to participate in the Forums. You will not get a confirmation email either.

To PUBLISH your website, you will need to open a hosting account at VodaHost, and then you will pay for this account, and recieve a confirmation email with User Name + Password and other information so you can manage other features of your account.

Go ahead and start using Blue Voda to design your website!
