Thread: Unable to access from Bluevoda

I'm suddenly unable to access tutorial, c-panel, forum etc....or even preview my web page form Bluevoda, it's been a week or so since i last used Bluevoda but everything was fine then and now isn't...any ideas?

Hey, Jan....long time, no see!

Download BV again (always a newer version) and re-boot to see if a file conflict was the cause.

(Seeing your post here makes me think logon to the Forum is not a problem, so CP shouldn't be an issue either. Do the download, then get back to us!)

Hya, well i did the download and the re-boot but it's still the same, i can publish so it's connecting to the internet but for some reason it won't preview and none of the buttons along the bottom work...fortunately i saved the link to the forum to my favorites so i could get here if i didn't have BV open...any way, still no joy...any other ideas?

Sounds like a problem on your end.....(you get connection, but BV is is acting like it's corrupted).

Submit a Support Ticket, pour another cup, and wait for the Calvary to rescue you??
