Hi, I wish to submit a support ticket and i key in my registered email, but it reflects as invalid email?! Just to enquire, it the registered email the one that is given in the welcome mail or the email address that the welcome mail sent to?? Pls advise. Thank you! |

It is you main email address. If the email you sent us bounced, chance are you had some type of spelling mistake.
