Thread: php Form Generator stopped working

I had php formgenerator working for a variety fo sites, but have notes I now get a 500 error when trying to submit the forms! These were working until a few weeks or so ago.

I have made sure that teh right directories are read/write accessible.

I am seeing this now in the error logs:
Premature end of script headers: /home/thechap/public_html/jmcwebsites/forms/use/contactjmc/process.php

Thoughts?

NOT THE ISSUE!
I had some files I had left writable that should not have been!

Once I fixed, all went well!
