Thread: Creating an account

After I published my pages (thinking all else was done), I couldn't see them on the web. I asked Sarah, and she graciously gave me steps of instructions how to do that. But Step 2 is to 'Create a Free Account'. I filled out the page of information required, including the credit card information, although I have already paid my annual fee. When I click "Submit" at the bottom of the page, it will not submit, and I get an error message saying "Organization (or Individual) info, you cannot select 'Other' and have USA as your country. But I am not selecting 'Other' in any part of the form. Suggestions?
