Thread: Dumb Question

How do I get to my control panel? Please forgive my ignorance.

LOL..no dumb questions..you should see some of mine...lol.

You cand access your CP in 2 ways.
1) If you have BV open...look at the bottom and you will see a button for Contol PAnel..click and it will take you to login screen. Login using your IP and it will prompt for your username and password.

2) Follow the link below and you'll get to login screen.

When I click on the button at the bottom of the screen, I am taken to tutorials. Thanks for the link.

Hmmm very strange..can you post the link you are getting taken to so we can see what you are getting and hopefully save you any further problems...thanks.

Hi Vasili...were you trying to get in touch wit hvia mail earlier...cause I saw a pop up for login to Choice Group.....if you were...wasn't ignoring ...just didn't remember getting uname and password...lol...sorry.

No, you are taken to the Control Panel Login...see the blue underlined "cPanel Login"??

You must click on the link according to which servers you are hosted on (which is listed in your account confirmation email).

If you cannot find this email, Submit a Support Ticket with your domain name, Account ID email, and other info to be re-emailed your logon information. Keep this last email in a safe place (print out).
