I was wondering why all of our e-mails we send from our e-mails that were created using cPanel by sending them with Outlook end up being in the junk e-mail folders.

Simple....even if you are in compliance with an "opt-in" distribution list, emails originating from a ".com" (definitively a website/corporate/non-personal) are instantly regarded as Spam. You can get around this very affordably (I imagine you have a smaller list) by electing to use the same service as VodaHost and myself : http://www.aweber.com/
