Thread: Change of address (account info)

I changed my address details in the Vodahost Billing Services account information, but I'd also like to see my new address in the whois? information so people can see my business address. How do I do that?

Also, I'm not able to log into the Vodahost Customer Support Portal. I've tried the username and password as well as the email addresses with passwords that are mentioned in my Vodahost Welcome Email but it won't work.

1) The global whois can take several days to update it self.
2) You do not need to login to the portal to submit a support ticket. Just click the below....Your portal username and password will be sent to you in a autoreply when you submit a ticket.

Not sure where you got your domain name from? IE: vodahost or is it some where else & pointing at you site. My domains are with voda domains http://www.vodahostdomains.com/ & you can login & change your address there. .
