Hey!
When you sign up for a hosting package with VodaHost you will be e-mailed a master username, password and i.p address to log on.

PS: When publishing your Blue Voda webpage, you should always use the "PUBLISH" feature in Blue Voda, not FTP.
The BlueFTP feature is used to upload various other file types, and should be reserved for these uses only!
