Thread: Can't upload new web site - HELP!

I've been attempting to connect with my domain in order to upload my web pages to worldsofmagic.com. I'm using Ipswitch's WSFTP software. Every time I try to connect, I get the following error message:

Finding Host worldsofmagic.com
Connecting to 70.86.30.66:21
Connected to 70.86.30.66:21, Waiting for Server Response
Error reading response from server
Connection closed by remote host
Host type (1): Automatically Detect

I believe that the WSFTP is configured correctly but clearly I'm not staying connected. Do you have any suggestions?

Make sure you are using the correct username and password. If the problem
persists, please open support ticket.

I have been using the information from my VodaHost e-mail after I set up the account. I'll do a support ticket because I'm stumped!

In your welcome email you recieved two separate usernames and passwords. make sure you are using the correct ones.
