    Hi lmstss,

Sorry to hear about your family and hope they are all well. I don't know much about your question but be patient and someone willbe along shortly to answer your question and I know I saw your thread somewhere becuase I was curious as to what scratch disks were. Check back a few threads or search and see if turns up...

    Thumbs up Re: lost thread

Thanks beegud2 The link you provided was very helpful however when I try to open photoshop to try what your link suggests, I can't even open photoshop it pops off. Any suggestions?

The link you provided say try these 2 things:

A; go the file-preferences-plugins-scratch disks- then reset it but I cant even open phototshop without it poppin off !

    or

B; put photoshop on a different physical drive. I did try that too but I must be doing something wrong because that is not working.

Do you or anybody else have any expertise for me?

Thank you for your words for my family by the way !!!

Virus scan your computer 1st of all. Then Shut Down your Computer and Reinstall Photoshop. If it continues go to I'm guessing http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/ and send in a support ticket. Hope this helps out with your problem!
