Hi,
I just joined a few days ago. I tried to upload a web page. It asked for user name and password. I tried every one on the login info sheet. Could not get any to work. can't get ahold of support. Anyone have any suggestions?

Have you set up a paid VodaHost web Hosting account? If yes then the info you seek is on your welcome email. If you haven't then that's your next step. You can create your account by visiting the 'Order Now' link on the top navigation bar on this page.

also have you down loaded the latest version of b.v as there appears to be a few people with the same problem on the old version

Download BV again, your IP should now show. Save your page.
