you can try something in between that omebody gives you a 100% certain answer. 1 - upload your pdf file to your folder in Cpanel by using an Blueftp or just in Upload file in your Cpanel 2 - in your page where there is a link which takes to the pdf, double click the link, above the url space you will find Type: html, change it to file: 3 - save and publish, and go to your page in IE or any browser and try if it works. pls let me know if it works.

Gary do you mean that you need to create a PDF file first? You need software to do that. Have a looke at the Adobe website. Some pain programs will also create PDF files.
