Hi , had a bit of a virus on the old P.C had to format the drive and since them have lost my customer I.D to publish new pages , also seen to have a problem when trying to log on to your help desk saying that my password and e-mail address are incorrect. My domain is www.ahertiageofafricanclothing.com.

Check your email and download BV again. If you lost your email, submit a support ticket.
