Could you tell me whether you have tutorials for the following

web counter, guest book, forums,

how can i track how many people view my web pages, which countries people are from.

All of those options are in your Cpanel.

Use fantastico to download guestbooks/forums, you can also get a nice web-counter at http://www.shinystat.com .

To see your traffic information, use the webstats area in Cpanel. It lists all kinds of crazy information.

Chris you will find full stats in cpanel for your web site( its 24 hours old, but that enough for most people)
