I've been the nay sayer about using frames for the se's. However, I'm coming around - because I constantly trying to stay on top of the new info out there. Here are 2 good articles about the frames - and why to use the noframes page to help both your viewers and the se's. http://webdesign.about.com/od/frames...91406.htm?nl=1 and http://webdesign.about.com/od/seo/a/...esseo.htm?nl=1 I might rethink doing my navigation and header in an iframe by following this info - however, I believe then you need to make a noframe page for each page - not just for the iframe page - as the body of each other page will be different. Something to think about.
