how do I upload? Ftp??

I'm not a movie expert! However, I did a search
on the forum 'search' at the top, and searched
for 'movie'. You'll see lots of information on the
subject. I think all you do is go to the player in
blue voda (Quicktime?), click and go to properties
and browse the files and select the video movie
then use the publish icon and re-publish your page.

Did you right click the properties for your video? You have to point it to the correct file. Then publish and check it out.
