Thread: My Terrible Mistake

Can you help me please

Have been using Form Maker Pro to make some forms for my site.

I have accidentally deleted by Public folder using FTP manager. I was had found that I was missing some of my Form Maker Pro files and spent all weekend changing their access to 755. (takes ages)

I also managed to empty the waste bin also (doh!!!)

I have created a new public folder but am missing the FMP folder plus whatever else would have been in there

Is there a simple solution to this as I cant bear the thought of trying to reinstall form maker pro again.

Any idea how long it takes to reset my account after I put in my support ticket (marked as critical) ?

Also can you give me the link to the service whereby I can pay to have the Form Maker installed, and does this service include changing the access rights to 755
