I am a totally new at this,but I can't even understand how to publish a page,may someone please help?

Every time i try to publish it a message pops up and tells me that the connection to the server has failed.
I don't know what to do.

What is the error number that you are getting?
(12014, 12031 etc.)

Now for some reason it just says that it failed to open BlueVoda.log.
What does this mean?

I recieve an error code 12014 whats wrong I am using the same user name and password that they had given me I know I know what I am doing here and I know that I am doing it right b/c I did my own website with blue voda and now I am doing a website for my ma' and I am having problems with the password.
