About LinkBacksI have been trying to use smart ftp and it will not connect for me. I entered a user name and password. It will not accept it. I sent in a support ticket and they reset it for the original user name and password and it will not accept that either. The error message is 530 the authenication failed. Can anyone help??

Make sure there are not spaces in the usernames and password fields and that you are using the correct IP address.

I have and there aren't. I am so frustrated with this. The same thing happened with bv ftp. There is a pattern here.
