Thread: web page problem

hey my page www.ktfconline.net does not seem to work i am getting some folders and files but my page has not loaded. What have i done wrong?

Did you publish any pages yet? Your server is empty. Remember- your first page (the page that you want everyone to see when they click on
ktfconline.net) needs to be named index Thats all lower case letters

thanks andy yeah i did publish them but have i done it wrong? im a little stuck

Make sure you are publishing them to the IP address in your welcome e-mail. Additionally- make sure they are being published to the public_html folder.

You where suppose to submit a support ticket to ask for the domain name change from the .com which is on your account to the above .net, please do so now.

OK...Mark I have made the .net your primary domain, please publish now...
