Thread: Think I Found The Publishing Problem

Hi Bethers, Bill2006, Lovethatbluegrassmusic, and VodaHost,

I think what I did wrong was that I saved all pages in a file that *I* created not the blue voda file that contains images etc.
So......... I resaved into that file and republished the index only.

Now I have to wait and see what happens.

Do you think that may have been the problem?

You should see it on the web instantly after publishing.

I'm still not 'seeing' your server. Please enter a support ticket, document the ticket number,
and ask to have your server configured. Be sure to give your account id number too.

Hi Brad. I did submit a ticket and the answer I got is that my site would be reset..........then the ticket showed closed.....and supposedly it was reset. Is that what you meant by reconfigure.........if not, how do I do that? thx Mindy

your url should be http://www.bubbeesbeads.org You are leaving out the www. However - you publish directly from the page in BV - if you have named the page index - you simply click to publish and wait until it tells you that it's been published successfully.

Today I saw my home page on the internet... what a joy. After four days of all of you kind people answering my idiotic questions, and one vodahost practically losing it, and finally a detailed letter to support , it finally happened............and there it was.
