Thread: Suddenly my contact form doesn't work, HELP!

My contact form at http://www.titikakahandicrafts.com/contactus.html was working perfect. I changed the template and now it doesn't let fill in the text areas. I have changed the tempalte in the past with no problems. I did all the process again and still the form doesn't work.

Your form IS working. You cannot fill in the fields, because this template you have used has covered the fileds, "Disactivating" them. Open your page in BV, bring the form fields in the front layer, save and republish

Thanks for a fast response. I have done what your said, tried and re-tried with no luck!

I can see something that might be causing this. You have a background color of "transparent" set on the input text fields. This looks odd to me.

Thank you very much!!! I corrected the "transparent" (which I do not know how it got there??!! ) and now it is working!
