Sorting Tasks in Horde

Could someone please go to this thread in the Email Problems forum and answer my question. I'm sure it will be an easy one for a smart person like you (and I've been waiting for over 3 days for answer to it):

creating duplicate posts on the same question will not get answered any quicker.........I read your first thread, and like others that may have seen this question, its posible that we Dont know the answer.

If you dont get an answer in these forums, try putting in a support ticket.

FYI . . . after waiting three days for a response (and not getting one) in the Email Problems forum, I was advised by another (higher-ranking) member to go to the general issues forum and post a link to my thread.

Ranking does not mean a thing. Information and answers are whats important.....I wish that I could give you the answer that you are looking for so I repeat, why not try putting in a support ticket.
