I want my site to be in the middle of the page and not the full page how can i make this happen www.loschicosbanda.com

Nice and easy this one. Right Click and select Page Properties Under the 'General Tab' check the Centre in Browser checkbox. (Make certain the 'Page Width' is set to your desired size for your site) That's it.

You can also reduce the width and length if you happen to want the page smaller. Just use 'preview' to see the effect after adjustment, but keep in mind there are different size displays and different resolutions so it will look different from screen to screen.
